This happens because of many reasons. below are the some of reasons.
Customer email has SPAM filter enable.
Outgoing email from the app is sending from a different domain than the sender domain.
To overcome this situation, There has a major solution.
If we include the DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) signature with every quote email then the receiver email will verify the DKIM as the same as the sender DKIM and then it will be not set as SPAM.
You just need to mail us at support@skylitech.com for DKIM after you verified your email as sender email.
We will then send you the DKIM settings. Then you have to set it on your server settings.
