What I can do to better the deliverability of a quote email in a customer email inbox?

Add DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) in your server DNS settings -

 

Email deliverability in the inbox (not as Spam) is a major issue when we tried to send an email to a customer email.

We need to make sure that the quote email is landed in the customer's inbox folder and not in the SPAM folder.


You need to request us for your domain DKIM Settings so that you can add these settings to your domain's DNS.

Every email from you will be verified with your DKIM signature before and after sending the quote email. 

The customer's email provider will know that the email is actually sent by you and then it will not move the SPAM or JUNK folder.

Please request us by sending your domain URL to our support email (support@skylitech.com).


Important Note: 

If you are sending too many Bounced Emails, Junk emails, and complaints emails then this will affect your other customer's email inboxes as well. You will be blocked by the SPAM filter and your emails will not be landed in the Inboxes.


Precautions:

Please check the customer's email very carefully if the email is correct or not or not a valid email. Or send a quote to the appropriate customer who needs the quote. If you send an email to an invalid email then the quote email will be bounced.


Too many bounced emails, complaints emails or junk emails will cause your account to be blocked.
