How to map Shopify Order data to a custom field in Zoho CRM?

You can map Shopify Order data and its relevant customer or product data to a Zoho CRM Custom fields. Please take a look below to do that.


Assume that we have created a custom field called Last Order Number in the Zoho CRM customer module and want to transfer the recent Order Number from Shopify to that field.

So the mapping will look like this.


Shopify Order Module
Zoho CRM Customer Module
  1. Order Number
  1. Last Order Number



To create the above see the below image - 



Discussion - 

See, we have selected the Order Number field from Shopify's Order Module and Last order No field from Zoho CRM's Contact module. That's it. The Order number will synchronize with last order no after saving the settings.
